You may not use Session Two to

• upload or share child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We scan uploads and report any matches to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children as required by U.S. law.
• host phishing pages, malware, or content designed to defraud or harm others.
• infringe copyrights or other intellectual-property rights — see our DMCA Policy.
• harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
• attack the service (rate-limit evasion, scraping at volume, abuse of free-tier resources, attempts to compromise other accounts).

Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy. We maintain a repeat-infringer policy under the DMCA: accounts with three substantiated copyright strikes are terminated.
