Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then.
Refunds
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, email support@sessiontwo.com and we’ll investigate.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails we’ll retry per Stripe’s dunning schedule. If the payment isn’t resolved, your account will revert to the free tier.
