Getting help

Two ways in. The Discord is the fast one, and an answer there stays where the next person can find it. The mailbox is for anything with your account, your billing, or your files in it.

  • Ask in the Discord

How do I do this, is this a bug, would you ever build that. Screenshots welcome. It's the quickest answer, and there are other people running games in there who've hit the same thing.

  • Email support@sessiontwo.com

Billing, your account, a file that went missing, a bug with your campaign in the screenshot — anything you'd rather not put in a public channel.

Session Two is made by a very small team. Mail gets a reply from a person, usually within a business day or two — the Discord is normally faster.

What to include when you write

None of it is required. It just saves a round trip.

  • The email address on your account, if you're writing from a different one.
  • A link to the page or file it's about — whatever's in your address bar is enough.
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
  • For a charge: the date on it and the last four digits of the card.

Billing, cancelling, and refunds

On your statement. A Session Two charge appears as SESSIONTWO and is billed by Warily Ware LLC, the company behind Session Two.

You can manage or cancel a paid plan yourself, at Settings → Billing → Manage billing. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and the plan stays on until then.

We don’t prorate refunds for part of a billing period. If you think you were charged in error, write to support@sessiontwo.com and we’ll look it up — the full rules are in the Refund Policy.

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it on its own schedule. If it never goes through, the account reverts to the free plan.

Who you’re dealing with

Session Two is a product of Warily Ware LLC. The company name, postal address, and the separate mailboxes for abuse, copyright, and privacy requests are all on the Contact page.

The Discord is the fastest way in.

It's the first place to look and the first place to ask — and it's where you'll hear what's being built next.

Anything private goes to support@sessiontwo.com.
